楸子籽油中脂肪酸成分分析

摘　　要：采用毛细管气相色谱法,对青海境内楸子种子的油含量、理化常数、脂肪酸成分及相对含量进行了分析.结果表明,所测植物籽油中主要为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸.不饱和脂肪酸为93.45%,其中亚油酸含量为70.83%.Using the capillary gas chromatography,thy authors determine thy seed oil content,physics-chemical constant,fatt acid components and relative quantity of Malus prunifolia(Willd.)Borkh plant in Qinghai province.The result shows that the majority of fatty acids are palmitic,stearic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic acid.the contents of unsaturated fatty acid is 93.45%.Among that,the linoleic acid is 70.83%.
