摘　　要：相对于证券投资基金的快速发展,基金托管人的相关制度却存在着一系列问题;尽管《中华人民共和国证券投资基金法》规定了各项制度来约束规范基金托管人,但仍存在基金托管人准入门槛过高、地位缺乏独立性、监督乏力等一系列问题。因此,可考虑通过降低基金托管人准入门槛、改变托管任选人模式、细化基金托管人监督的内容等措施,来完善我国的基金托管制度,为基金稳固发展提供制度保证。Compared with the rapid development of the securities investment fund,the related system on the fund trustee has many problems.Although there are several systems guiding the fund trustee in the Chinese Securities Investment Fund Law,there are problems such as difficult registering to the fund trustee,lacking of independent position and less monitor.Thus,it is considered that the ways including easier registering,changing the mode of the candidates of the fund trustee,and detailing the contents of monitor to...
