摘　　要：目的总结解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。方法22例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均采用切开复位解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果22例平均随访13(7~24)个月,骨折全部愈合,无螺钉退出及切割股骨头,无明显髋内翻畸形。疗效评价:优16例,良6例,优良率100%。结论解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,创伤小,固定可靠,符合生物力学要求,并发症少,能早期活动和负重,进而改善髋关节功能,临床效果良好。Objective To summarize the therapeutic method and effect of geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated by internal fixation with anatomical locking plate. Method 22 aged cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were performed open reduction and internal fixation with anatomical locking plate. Results All cases were followed up for 7 to 24 months.All fractures were achieved healing.No severe complications occurred.The outcome revealed excellence in 16,good in 6,and the fineness rate was 100%. ...
