摘　　要：该文分析了中国欠发达地区的农村贫困现状,探索了其贫困的原因,提出了促进欠发达地区区域整体发展,加快扶贫开发步伐;构建开发式扶贫为主,救济和农村社保相结合的多层次扶贫体系;发挥市场机制作用,创新投入机制,调整投入方向;物质扶贫与精神扶贫相结合等4方面的对策来解决农村贫困问题。This paper applies positive method to analyze the statues of rural poverty in underdeveloped regions in China.Finally,the paper puts forward 4 aspects of suggestion as countermeasures for anti-poverty in the regions.Firstly,promote the general development of the regions,and speed up actions of anti-poverty.Secondly,build up multi-level system for anti-poverty by combination of development,as a main mean,and governmental relief and social security.Thirdly,activate market mechanism and adjust investment direc...
