摘　　要：目的探讨RhoA在螨性哮喘患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测螨性哮喘患者肺泡灌洗液中RhoA蛋白的表达情况,并以非尘螨过敏性哮喘患者及正常人群为对照。结果螨性哮喘、非螨性哮喘患者和正常对照组RhoA表达阳性率依次为66.7%、70.2%和0,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。不同性别螨性哮喘患者RhoA表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不同年龄螨性哮喘患者中,儿童组RhoA总阳性率(83.3%)虽较高,与其它组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级螨性哮喘患者RhoA表达总阳性率依次为33.3%、57.9%、88.2%和100.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螨性哮喘患者RhoA表达水平高于正常人,且随着临床分级的增加,RhoA表达的阳性率有明显的增大趋势。Objective To detect the expression of RhoA in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BLF) from asthma patients allergic to dust mites and study its clinical significance.Methods BLF was collected from 47 mite-allergic asthma patients,15 asthma patients non-allergic to dust mites and 7 healthy volunteers to detect RhoA expression by immunohistochemistry.Results The total positivity rates of RhoA expression were 66.7% in mite-allergic asthma patients,70.2% in asthma patients non-allergic to dust mites and 0 in heal...
