摘　　要：目的探讨睾丸横过异位的病因、诊断和治疗。方法报告一例睾丸横过异位,行精索松解并将异位睾丸通过阴囊纵隔进行复位固定。结果随访6个月,患儿双侧睾丸位置良好,血流正常。结论睾丸横过异位是一种非常罕见的男性生殖系统先天性畸形,病因不明,宜采用手术治疗。Objective To study the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of transverse testicular ectopia(TTE).Methods A case of TTE was treated with orchidopexy.Results Six months after the operation,both of the two testes were in proper positions with normal vascular supply.Conclusion TTE is a rare congenital abnormality of the male reproductive system with unknown etiology,and surgical correction remains the best option for treatment.
