农村妇女健康体检疾病谱及护理需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解农村妇女健康状况及护理服务需求,为制定适合农村妇女的有效护理干预措施提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样法抽取434例健康体检农村妇女进行问卷调查,调查结果采用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计分析。结果共检出各种疾病患者371人,检出率85.48%;常见疾病检出率由高到低依次为:生殖道感染193例(37.1%)、高血压112例(25.8%)、乳腺增生82例(18.9%)、子宫肌瘤68例(15.7%)、高血脂58例(13.3%)、糖尿病38例(8.9%)、HBsAg(+)28例(6.5%);护理服务总体需求得分为(3.58±0.74)分,其中健康促进方面得分最高,为(3.94±0.71)分,前三位护理需求项目依次为:医护讲座、饮食营养指导、定期体检。结论农村妇女健康状况差,护理服务需求高,应针对生殖保健、慢性病防治及传染病管理等制定有效的护理干预措施。Objective To get the information of health status and nurse service demand among rural women,and to provide scientific basis for establishing effective strategies of nurse intervention in rural women.Methods 434 rural women are selected by random cluster sampling for questionnaire survey and the investigation results were analyzed by SAPP 13.0.Results A total of 371 women are founded to suffer from various diseases with detection rate of 85.48% and the order of detection rate from high to low in common dise...
