维药驱白巴布期对正常小鼠全血铜锌含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究驱白巴布期对正常小鼠全血铜、锌含量的影响,同时,建立全血中铜、锌元素的含量测定方法。方法:采用血清药化给药方式给予小鼠灌胃7 d,取血,FAAS法测定全血中铜、锌含量。结果:实验组与对照组小鼠全血铜水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),锌水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:驱白巴布期对正常小鼠全血铜含量有影响,锌含量无影响,FAAS法作为全血中铜、锌含量测定的方法简便、快速、准确。Objective: To investigate the effects of Qubaibabuqi on the whole blood levels of Cu and Zn in Mice and to establish an appropriate method for the determination of the whole blood levels of Cu and Zn.Method: The mice were given separately with intragastric administration for 7 days,adopt the method of serum pharmacochemistry and the levels of Cu and Zn in the whole blood were determined by the FAAS method.Result: there has been a significant difference in the whole blood levels of Cu and Zn in mice between ...
