摘　　要：原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全为血管外科常见病,其并发下肢肿胀、色素沉着、溃疡等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前对原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的病因从不同角度进行了深入的研究,如不同解剖结构之间的功能联系,瓣膜的运动特征,原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全发病的炎症机制,遗传变异等,但是仍未形成定论,有待进一步明确,以期为临床原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的诊断和治疗提供参考。With regard to vascular surgery,primary deep venous valve incompetence(PDVI) is a common disease.PDVI complications are swelling,pigmentation,and ulceration of lower limbs.Currently in depth research is being conducted into PVDI's etiology including the functional relationship between different anatomical structures,valvar motion,and more.However,an agreement has yet to be reached on the exact etiology.Further research must be done in order to provide both an effective diagnosis and treatment for PDVI.
