摘　　要：高密度脂蛋白是一类功能、组成、密度、颗粒大小极不均一的脂蛋白,其各亚型的分布同冠心病密切相关。通过研究高密度脂蛋白亚型代谢同冠心病的关系将会对更加深入的了解冠心病的发病机制及开发新一代的降脂药具有重要的指导意义。High density lipoprotein(HDL)is heterogeneous containing several subclasses differing in function,composition,density and particle size.There is a close relationship between the alterations of HDL subclasses and coronary heart disease.More research on the relationship will help better understand its pathogenesis in coronary heart disease and guide the development of lipid-lowering drugs.
