摘　　要：抗血小板治疗是急性冠状动脉综合征治疗的重要组成部分。血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂抑制了血小板聚集的最后共同通路,有较强的抗血小板作用。现通过大量临床研究证据,对血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂在急性冠状动脉综合征治疗中的有效性和安全性作一综述。Antiplatelet therapy has been the cornerstone of acute coronary syndrome treatment.Platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists are potent antiplatelet agents that act by inhibiting the final common pathway of platelet aggregation.This review summarizes the major clinical trials and evidence for the efficacy and safety of glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonist therapy in patients with acute coronary syndromes.
