摘　　要：瞬时外向钾电流是动作电位复极的重要成分;瞬时外向钾电流在维持心脏正常功能活动中起重要作用;机体代谢水平、抗心律失常药物、疾病状态等都会影响瞬时外向钾电流的表达和强度。Transient outward potassium current takes part in the repolarization of action potential and plays an important role in cardiac function.Several factors,including metabolic level,anti-arrhythmic drugs,and heart disease,can affect the transient outward potassium current and its intensity of expression.In this article we have reviewed current literature regarding the properties and functional consequences of changes in related factors.
