摘　　要：朝鲜经济的结构性变化是上个世纪90年代持续的经济危机和后来持续的低增长以及国民经济的对外依赖性的加强等多种因素影响的结果。在国家对国民经济整体的调控能力逐渐削弱的情况下,朝鲜出现了计划经济与市场调节并存、国民经济的对外贸易依存度加大、国民经济开始呈现出结构性变化趋势等现象。Continuous economic crisis since 1990's and the followed low economic increase plus foreign-country dependent national economy have resulted in the present economic structure in DPRK.As the government's adjustment and supervision over its national economy keep weakening,a co-existence of planned economy and market adjustment appears;national economy becomes more dependent on foreign trade;a structural change of national economy has taken place.
