摘　　要：韩国离婚损害赔偿制度,要解决的是因离婚而引起的精神损害问题。这一制度在适用的主体、范围、赔偿方式等方面具有自身的特点,对于完善我国的离婚损害赔偿制度,具有重要的借鉴价值。The system of injury indemnity against divorce in Korea aims at solving any problems of psychological injuries due to divorces.It is clear that the parties concerned,scopes and ways of indemnity described in the system have their own features.Thus,they will be good references in the process of perfecting China's system of injury indemnity against divorce.
