摘　　要：行政执法部门承担了大量国家行政管理职能,与社会公共利益和公民个人利益联系十分密切。行政执法的内容、形式、程序都应当依照法律的规定和要求进行,但长期以来,在行政执法中仍面临许多问题。本文试图对当前我国行政执法中面临的主要问题及对策作出分析。The legal operation department takes a lot of administrative functions of the country as its duty,it is very close to the public interests and the individual's interests.The content,form,procedure of legal operation should abide by the regulations and requirement of law.But for a long time,there have been a lot of problems in legal operations,and some of them are extremely obvious.This paper tries to analyze the major issues and some countermeasures.
