摘　　要：任职教育是以培养受训对象岗位任职能力为核心的高等教育,随着我院办学转型工程的不断深入,如何强化学员实践能力的培养,满足其岗位任职能力的需求已成为外场教学研究的主题。外场教学改革必须以部队岗位需求为核心,以"三贴近"为牵引,确立工程实践能力培养目标,并以此为依据进行外场教学的改革。Post education is a higher education which is based on raising the post serving ability of students.As the education reforming of our academy develops,improving the students practice ability to meet the needs of the post has become the main work of outdoor teaching.The outdoor teaching reforming must be based on the needs of army,and the outdoor teaching reforming should be based on the training standard of engineering practice ability.
