摘　　要：结合大学管理类实验教学示范中心建设实践,提出了实验教学示范中心建设的有效措施,从提高实践教学环节对管理类人才培养作用的认识,加大投入、科学规划,构建新型的实践教学体系,建设高素质的实验教学队伍等方面入手,使之成为培养学生实践能力和创新能力、辐射和示范作用强的实验教学基地。With the establishment practice,this article proposed the effective measures for establishing experimental model center in management teaching,that is,attach importance to the experimental practice in cultivating management talents,add input and have a reasonable planning,establishing a new experimental teaching system,have a high level experimental teaching staff,then the center can become an experimental model base that cultivating the students practical and innovative ability.
