摘　　要：将全校实验教学队伍的过去与现在进行对比,提出相关建议,并对新形势下实验教学队伍发展特点进行总结。为学校建设一支高水平、高素质、结构合理的实验教学队伍提供参考依据。The present of laboratory teaching staff in our university was compared with the past.This article summarized the development and characteristics of the laboratory teaching staff under the new situation.Furthermore,it come up with some suggestions in order to build a team of laboratory teaching staff with high level,high quality and rational structure,which can provide reference for colleges and universities at the same time.
