摘　　要：对西部某油田注水井腐蚀现状进行了调查,对造成油管内外腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理进行了分析,用该井污水进行了涂层的试验室评价。经过高温高压釜试验,提出外防腐蚀推荐使用Ryt-Wrap^(TM)冷缠带技术,内涂层选择性价比更高的TK-236内涂层。The corrosion of produced water in an oilfield was described,and the internal and external corrosion causes and mechanisms of tubing were analyzed.The coating performances were tested in the laboratory using polluted water from well.Through the autoclave experiment,the external Ryt - WrapTM technique and cost - effective internal coating TK - 236 were recommended to improve the pipe s synergetic anticorrosion.
