摘　　要：转基因产品日益走进人们的日常生活,目前已批准商品化的转基因作物有大豆、玉米、油菜、棉花、番茄、烟草、菊苣等。玉米作为世界上重要的粮食作物之一,其安全性与实用性受到了高度重视。从基因结构、潜在安全性和现有检测方法等方面简要介绍了转基因Bt-176玉米的研究进展。Nowadays,with the rapid development of biotechnology,GMO(Genetically modified organism) product enters into peoples’ daily life day by day.At present,more and more GMO crops have been approved for commercial-ization of transgenic crops,such as soybean,maize,rape,cotton,tomato,tobacco,chicory et al.Maize is one of the most important grain crops in the world its security and usability receives serious attentions of scientists in various countries.This article briefly introduced the research situation of trans...
