摘　　要：在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的新时期,一方面,党员领导干部的价值取向和道德观念面 临着严重的考验和挑战。另一方面,党员领导干部道德建设在整个.土会道德建设中具有极为重要的地位、作用 和影响。因此,加强党员领导干部道德建设具有紧迫性和重要性。In the new epoch when open and reforming policy and socialist marketing economy are developed, for one point, the value orientation and moral notion of Part member leaders are facing serious challenge and test, for the other point, the moral construction of the Party member leaders plays a very important role and have a great influence on the socialist moral construction. Therefore, it is urgent and important to enforce the moral construction among the Party member leaders.
