摘  要:用FDTD方法计算了二维情况下正方形复式晶胞光子晶体的光子特性.通过光子能带结构、光子态密度的分布以及沿гX方向透射特性的计算,发现透射谱光子带隙的位置与能带结构符合的很好.光子态密度的分布也表明在带隙范围内态密度为零,而且我们计算的带隙比平面波展开法给出的带隙大.Photoelectric properties of two- dimensional photonic crystals of square lattice are calculated by finite different time domain (FDTD)method. The comparison between the band structure and the calculated transmittance along direction showed a clear correspondence concerned with band gaps. In addition to the density of state was calculated using this method, the band gap is clearly visible as frequency range over which the density of state is strongly suppressed. The complete two-dimensional band gap calculated by FDTD method is clearly larger than What is obtained using the plane- wave expansion.
