摘　　要：针对当今世界青少年犯罪中的集团化趋势,分析了“亚文化群”的存在对青少年集团犯罪的影响,青少年集团犯罪的社会成因、心理成因、青少年需要结构的变化及家庭状况对青少年犯罪的影响,探索了其社会、教育及法律方面的解决途径。In this article,first the trend of collectivization in the teenage crime is presented and the social and psychology reasons of this trend are analyzed.Then the existence of the sub-culture crime circle is discussed,the change of the need of teenagers and the influence parents put on teenage criminals is studied.Finally,the solutions on the aspect of society,education and legal system are discussed.
