摘　　要：介绍不同生物酶的活性中心的结构及其催化反应机理 ,从结构、电化学性能及模拟酶催化反应的活性等不同方面对含Cu配合物进行了讨论。Schiff-base complexes containing copper have been widely studied as the models of various oxidases, such as galactose oxidase, dopamine β-hydroxylase, amine oxidase and so on, in the field of biomimetic catalysis. In this article,a series of oxidases structures and the mechanism of the biomimetic reactions are described in details.
