摘　　要：目的 :探讨眼眶骨折的CT征象 ,提高其CT诊断的准确性。方法 :分析 1 0 0例眼眶骨折的临床与CT资料 ,并分为 3组。Ⅰ组为爆裂骨折 :眼眶骨折而眶缘无骨折 ;Ⅱ组为直接骨折 ,合并眶缘骨折 ;Ⅲ组为复合骨折 ,包括上述两种骨折。结果 :1 0 0例眶骨骨折中 ,Ⅰ组有 5 9例 ,占 5 9% ;Ⅱ组有 2 6例 ,占 2 6 % ;Ⅲ组有 1 5例 ,占 1 5 %。爆裂性骨折以内、下壁多见 ;直接骨折以外壁骨折为主 ;复合骨折各壁均可发生。结论 :CT检查能清楚显示眼眶骨折及眶内容物的损伤情况 。Objective:To study the CT characteristics of orbital fracture,and to improve its diagnostic accuracy.Methods:One hundred cases with orbital fracture were analyzed and divided into three groups,group Ⅰ (blowout orbital fracture without fracture of orbital margin),group Ⅱ (direct fracture with fracture of orbital margin),and group Ⅲ (complicated fracture with blowout fracture and direct fracture).Results:There were 59 cases in group Ⅰ (59%),26 cases in group Ⅱ (26%),and 15 cases in group Ⅲ (15%).In group Ⅰ,blowout fractures of interior and inferior walls were common.In group Ⅱ,direct fracture of lateral wall was often seen.Different kinds of fracture of orbital wall were found in group Ⅲ.Conclusion:CT examination is an effective method for diagnosis of orbital fracture,and can explore orbital fracture and intra orbital injury clearly.
