胃肠舒治疗胃轻瘫综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃肠舒治疗胃轻瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法 :将观察病例随机分为两组 ,治疗组口服胃肠舒每次 3片 ,每日 3次 ;对照组口服多潘立酮每次 1 5mg ,每日 3次。结果 :胃肠舒对胃轻瘫综合征的临床治愈率和总有效率均显著高于多潘立酮组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,且无明显毒副作用。结论Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Weichangshu on gastroparesis syndrome . Methods : The patients with gastroparesis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Weichangshu and the coutrol one with domperidone . Results:The effective rate and curative rate of the treatmeat group were higher than those of the control one ( P<0.05,P<0.01 ),and Weichangshu had no obvious side effects.Conclusion:Weichangshu is an effective herbal preparation to promote gastrointestinal movement.
