摘　　要：基于在山东和江苏等地的调查研究,对于近年来出现在中日、中韩等短程国际海上货物运输中的“仅供议付”提单及其相关问题作了初步分析。There is a kind of bill of lading marked 'only for negotiation' which comes into use in recent years in Sino-Korea and Sino-Japan ocean transportations. This article briefly analyses this kind of bill of lading and some issues concerned.
