摘　　要：在邓小平人权理论体系中 ,关于人权与和平、发展的关系问题是一个与时代主题关系最为密切的子体系 ,这一体系的建构体现出邓小平人权理论在国际风云不断变幻中审时度势、与时俱进的理性与睿智。本文从邓小平人权理论产生的时代背景、和平与发展两大时代主题的阐释、人权与和平权和发展权的关系三个方面分析理解邓小平人权理论的时代特征及其对世界人权事业的巨大贡献。In Deng Xiaoping human rights theory system, the relationship between human rights and peace and development is the subsystem that has the closest relation with the epoch theme. The system's construction reflects Deng Xiaoping human rights theory's reason and wisdom that judges the hour, sizes up the situation and keeps pace with the time in the complex international environment. The essay makes analysis on Deng Xiaoping human rights, epoch characteristics and its great contribution to the world's human rights cause from the three following aspects: the forming time background of Deng Xiaoping human rights theory, the explanation of the two epoch theme about peace and development and the relationship between human rights, peace rights and development rights.
