摘　　要：本文从我国智能建筑的发展现状出发,讨论了当前我国在智能建筑领域所遇到的主要问题,并据此提出相应的对策。In the paper the development course of intelligent building in China is discussed, on the basic of which the problems in the development of intelligent building in China are analyzed and countermeasures are also presented.
