摘　　要：姓名权作为人格权的一项重要内容越来越为人们所重视。姓名权立法的不完善,引发了许多矛盾和纠纷。在姓名权户籍立法中,应重点解决好姓名决定权、姓名使用权、姓名变更权的若干问题。The right of name, known as an important part of personal rights, is capturing more and more attention. But the legislation on the right of name is not perfect, which has led to some contradictions and disputes. In the domiciliary legislation of the right of name, the right of making a name, the right of using a name and the right of changing a name should be particularly solved.
