摘　　要：坚持以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展观,是全面建设小康社会和实现现代化的根本指针。公安机关特别是公安领导干部,要充分认识树立和落实科学发展观对维护稳定工作的重大意义,把思想认识真正统一到科学发展观上来,大力推进各项公安工作,为经济社会发展创造良好环境。Upholding the strategy of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the fundamental guideline to both the building of a well-off society in an all-round way and the accomplishment of modernization. To create a healthy environment for social and economic development, public security troops especially the leading cadres must be keenly aware of the importance of such a strategy in safeguarding stability, unite their minds under such a strategy and promote public security work with the strategy.
