摘　　要：在市场经济条件下 ,政府经济行为是不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文在论述市场经济条件下政府经济行为存在的必要性的基础上 ,主要对经济法上政府经济行为的含义、特征、范围以及价值取向等问题进行了探讨 ,它对于正确定位政府的职能和作用 ,促进社会主义市场经济的建立和完善 ,对于经济法和经济学学科发展都有着十分重要的意义。Government economic conduct, under the market economy circumstances, is an indispensable part of the whole economy. This paper, analyzing the necessity of the government economic conduct, talks over the meaning、features, scope and value of the conduct, which is meaningful for deciding the duty and function of the government, perfect the socialist market economy, as well as the development of the economic law and the course of economics.
