三峡泄洪坝段坝顶双向门机设计特征

摘　　要：三峡泄洪坝顶 5 0 0 0 /2X63 0 /4 0 0kN双向门机是大容量、高扬程、多任务的启闭设备 ,主小车共吊运五种型式闸门 ,副小车吊运二种型式闸门 ,回转吊吊运二种型式闸门启闭机及坝面零星物品。三台这样的门机 (共三种型式 )共操作三峡泄洪大坝 5 7扇闸门 ,因此在三峡大坝闸门启闭、吊运、检修、调度中占有举足轻重的地位和作用。在方案布置设计中 ,运用现有国内外先进技术 ,使其达到安全、准确、美观、功能齐备 ,有效地完成了闸门的启闭、吊运。The design principees and structural characters of bidirectional portal hoist with hoisting capacity 5000/2×630/400 kN and high lift are described. There portal hoists with these characters are installed on the crest of flood discharge dam section of TGP and are used for operating and reparing 57 different gates (or oil pressure hoist) and removing small equipment and materials on dam crest.
