摘　　要：建国前夕中共和美国都有双方建交的愿望,进行了试探性的外交接触,经历了微妙的转折,但最终由于双方意识形态的差异,而以失败告终。China and the United States hope to establish diplomatic relations each other shortly before foundation of PRC, the diplomatic contact has been tried with the experienced delicate turn. But because of the difference of ideology of both sides, and all end in failure .
