摘　　要：树立和落实科学发展观,明确全面建设小康社会的四大发展目标和五大基本特征,指出实施科教兴国战略是全面建设小康社会的关键。We should acquire and implement scientific ideas of development and be clear about the four ob- jects and five basic features of constructing well-to-do society.The essay points out that the strategy of revi- talizing the nation through science and education is the key to the construction.
