笑气在会阴侧切缝合术中镇痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　了解笑气吸入性镇痛用于会阴侧切缝合术中的疗效。方法　将需要会阴侧切且自愿吸入笑气镇痛的产妇 1 0 0例为观察组 :用 2 %利多卡因局部麻醉镇痛的产妇 1 0 0例为对照组 ,观察其镇痛效果、镇痛起效时间、产后 2 h出血量等。结果　 2组笑气镇痛效果、镇痛起效时间经统计学分析 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,2组产后 2 h出血量差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　笑气吸入性镇痛用于会阴侧切缝合术中镇痛效果好 ,镇痛起效快 。Objective To explore the analgesia effect of nitrous oxide used in episiotomy. Method Took 100 pregnancy women who needed episiotomy and were willing to inhale nitrous oxide as observation group. Meanwhile, took 100 pregnancy women who received 2%Lidocaine local anesthesia as control group.Then observed analgesia effect,effect lasting time and 2 hours postapartum hemorrhage volume of two groups. Result There were significant differences between two groups in analgesia effect and effect lasting time(P<0.01) and no significant difference in 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage volume. Conclusion Using nitrous oxide in episiotomy is effective and anesthesia quickly as well as no side-effect.
