复方炉甘石外用散在压疮护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨应用复方炉甘石外用散进行压疮护理的效果。　方法　将 6 0例压疮患者分为 2组 ,实验组 32例患者采用复方炉甘石外用散局部换药 ,结合其他综合疗法的方法 ,回顾性对照组 2 8例未使用复方炉甘石外用散 ,采用其他疗法。观察 2组压疮治疗效果。　结果　实验组压疮治疗效果优于对照组。　结论　复方炉甘石外用散进行压疮护理效果好 ,可临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of CO. Calamine powder used in bedsore nursing. MethodDivided 60 patients with bedsore into two groups. Experimental group(32 cases) used CO. Calamine powder and other syndrome therapy to treat bedsore. Control group(28 cases) used other syndrome therapy without CO. Calamine powder to do it. Observed the treatment effect of two groups . Result The treatment effect of experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Using CO. Calamine powder to treat bedsore is effective, so it is worth being applied in clinical nursing.
