摘　　要：目的　探讨早期护理干预和功能锻炼对促进脑梗死患者语言功能的恢复的效果。　方法　对 16 4例脑梗死住院患者随机分为常规护理和加强护理 2组 ,观察各组平均住院天数、失语等恢复情况。　结果　加强护理干预组通过早期言语能力康复护理 ,明显加速了脑梗死患者言语功能恢复和缩短住院时间。　结论　早期护理干预和功能锻炼利于脑梗死患者言语功能恢复 ,有较高的临床社会和经济效益。Objective To explore the effect of early-stage nursing intervention and function exercises for improving patient’s speech function rehabilitation. Method Divided 164 in-patients with cerebral infarction into two groups randomly: routine nursing group and intensive nursing group. Then observed average in-hospital days and speech function recovery situation of two groups. Result By early-stage speech function rehabilitation nursing, speech function of patients in intensive nursing group recovered quickly and reduced in-hospital days. Conclusion Early-stage speech function rehabilitation nursing and function exercises are good for speech function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction and have much clinical, social and economic effect.
