思密达灌肠应用于婴幼儿秋季腹泻的护理体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨思密达灌肠应用于婴幼儿秋季腹泻的效果。　方法　采用对比试验 ,将 2 12例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用思密达灌肠 ,常规补液 ,抗炎 ,抗病毒治疗 ;对照组口服思密达、按常规抗炎、抗病毒治疗。　结果　观察组的治愈时间明显少于对照组 ,经 X2检验 ,P<0 .0 5。　结论　采用思密达保留灌肠辅助治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻操作简单、安全 ,缩短了病程 ,减轻了患儿痛苦 ,减轻了家长的经济负担。Objects To discuss the effect of treating infant diarrhea of fall through clysis with Simida. Methods 212 patients were divided into test group and control randomly, clysis with Simida, supportative treatment as well as anti-inflammatory therapy were applied in the test group,while Simida per oral were applied in control group. Results the treating duration in test group was significantly lower than that in control(through X 2 test ,P<0.05).Conclusiontreating infant diarrhea of fall through clysis with Simida as supplementary therapy is simple,safe,shortened course of disease as well as relieved pain of infant.
