摘　　要：农村信用社是我国金融体系的重要组成部分,农村信用社问题,不是一个单纯的金融问题,而是事关农业、农村、农民和国民经济全局的问题。信用社问题。农村信用社应切实增强约束机制、坚持为“三农”服务的思想,加强各管理部门间的组织协调,增加资金来源,提高其支农能力。Rural credit cooperative plays an important role in our country's financial system. The issues of rural credit cooperative are not pure financial issues, but closely related to the issues of agriculture and rural credit cooperative. Rural credit cooperative are supposed to enhance the restriction mechanism, insist on the thoughts of serving 'three agricultures', strengthen the organization and coordination of every administrative department, increase the source of funds, and improve its ability of supporting rural areas.
