摘 要:针对某轿车制动器振动引起的方向盘抖动现象进行了道路再现试验,再现方向盘的抖动现象.通过对方向盘三个方向的振动加速度等信号的拾取,通过在时间域和频率域的数据处理,系统分析了方向盘抖动的特征,考察了制动初速度、制动强度、制动方式以及离合器断开/结合情况等因素的影响,为进一步明确制动引起的方向盘抖动机理以及寻求控制措施奠定了良好的基础.研究表明,方向盘抖动的振动频率与前轮转速之间存在明显的阶次关系,振源是前轮制动器振动.The experimental research on the steering wheel wobble phenomenon induced by brake judder is presented in this paper.The steering wheel vibration reappearance test was carried as a road test.In this test the three-directional vibration accelerations of the steering wheel,the rotating speed of both the front wheels and the force applied on the brake pedal were measured.Based on the systematic data processing both in time and frequency domain,the characteristics of the steering wheel wobble and the effect factors were analyzed,in- cluding the braking speed,the braking acceleration,the braking wheels and the connection or disconnection of the clutch during braking.The results show that the steering wheel wobbing in three directions was induced by the front brake judder,and it has obvious order relation with the front wheel rotating speed.The research work presented in this paper will be very helpful for the to be done research on the mechanism of the brake judder and its control method.
