摘  要:目的:探讨电针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠学习记忆影响的机制。方法:将48只Wistar大鼠随机分成4组:空白组、模型组、西药组和电针组,每组12只。通过侧脑室注射链脲霉素(STZ)的方法制备动物模型。电针组选取"百会"、"大椎"、"肾俞"、"太溪"、"足三里"电针治疗。以Morris水迷宫评价各组大鼠学习记忆能力,HE染色法观察海马CA1区神经元细胞排列。结果:与空白组比,模型组海马CA1区神经元细胞排列紊乱,学习记忆能力减退(P<0.01)。治疗后与治疗前相比较,电针组与西药组细胞排列较规则,学习记忆能力增强(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗可改善AD大鼠海马CA1区神经元细胞形态学变化,增强学习记忆能力。Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the influencing of electric acupuncture on learning and memory of Alzheimer s Disease rats.Methods:48 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:12 were in the control group,12 were in model group,12 were in medicine group and 12 were in electric acupuncture group.The method of preparation for animal model was injecting STZ into lateral cerebral ventricle."BAIHUI"、"DAZHUI"、"SHENSHU"、 "TAIXI" and "ZUSANLI" were selected by electric acupuncture group for treatment.Evalu...
