摘　　要：本文主要阐释奥巴马执政期间美国技术政策的变化,对几个具体的政策领域如能源和全球变暖、基础设施、制造业、科技教育、互联网与公民等问题进行了阐述,并分析奥巴马将如何应对这些问题。This paper explores changes in the American science and technology policy during Barack Obama s administration.It identifes specific policy areas,such as Energy and global warming,America s infrastructure,Manufacturing,Science and technology education,Internet and citizenship and so on,describing some of problems within each topic and how Obama proposes to address them.
