摘　　要：通过正交试验设计,制备了Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,讨论了热处理参数对微晶玻璃热胀性能的影响。采用DSC、XRD、SEM等研究手段,制定了微晶玻璃的热处理制度并研究了微晶玻璃的析晶过程和微观结构。结果表明:各热处理参数对微晶玻璃热膨胀性能影响大小的顺序为晶化温度>晶化时间>核化时间>核化温度;热处理过程中SiO2固溶进入β-锂辉石结构形成锂铝硅酸盐。The Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics was prepared and the effects of heat treatment parameters on the thermal expansion properties of the glass-ceramics were discussed by means of orthogonal testing method.The heat treatment systems were designed by means of DSC and the process of crystallization and microstructure of the glass-ceramics were studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that the influence degree of the parameters of the heat treatment on the thermal expansion properties is in series that the crysta...
