摘　　要：通过荧光光谱法和紫外吸收光谱法研究了模拟人体生理条件下苯溴马隆与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的反应结合特征。结果表明,苯溴马隆对牛血清白蛋白的荧光具有静态猝灭作用,且用同步和三维荧光光谱研究了其对BSA构造的影响。通过F ster非辐射能量转移理论和Lineweave-Burk方程式分别得出了两者的作用距离、结合反应的结合常数和结合位点数。此外,还求算了结合过程的基本热力学参数。The binding characteristic of benzbromarone and bovine serum albumin were studied under the simulated physiological conditions by UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies.The results showed that benzbromarone had the ability to quench the fluorescence of BSA by a static procedure.The effect of benzbromarone on the conformation of BSA was analyzed by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry and 3D fluorescence spectra.According to Frster theory of non-radiation energy transfer,the distance between bov...
