摘　　要：系统介绍了用CO2作为沉淀剂,从铝酸钠溶液中析出大孔拟薄水铝石的反应机理和调配、成胶、分离、洗涤生产工艺,以及制备孔容大于1.2 ml.g-1氧化铝干胶粉的烘干、成型和焙烧等后处理方法。重点讲述了原液配制和成胶扩孔等制备大孔拟薄水铝石的控制要点,对今后开发生产更大孔容的氧化铝干胶粉具有指导和借鉴意义。The paper presents the reaction mechanism of separating out big pore diameter pseudoboemite from sodium aluminate liquor and its production process including proportioning,gluing,separation and washing as well as the post treatment such as drying,forming and baking of dry alumina glue powder whose diameter is bigger than 1.2 ml.g-1.It sets forth the control issues for preparing bigger pore diameter pseudoboemite such as proportioning of raw liquor and enlarging pore diameter of finished glue.
