摘　　要：本文阐述了青铝集团对延长350大型预焙阳极系统50m回转窑使用寿命的技术研发工作,通过不断优化工艺技术条件,实施多项技术攻关改造,实施回转窑设备健康维护理论,创建回转窑健康维护策略与建模,调窑参数优化、健康维护检测技术及回转窑健康维护信息管理等工作,有效提高回转窑系统运行的安全性、可靠性。达到最大限度延长回转窑使用寿命突破1200天的目的,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The paper presents the R&D of the service life of 50-meter rotary kiln for the anode system of 350kA pre-baked anode aluminium reduction cell.The safety reliability of rotary kiln are greatly improved by optimizing the process conditions,implementing technical upgrading and good maintenance and creating maintenance model,extending the service life of rotary kiln more than 1200 days.It achieves better social and economic benefits.
