摘　　要：实时数据库是近年来国内外生产过程控制和管理的有效工具,本文通过OSI PI大型实时数据库软件系统的应用与实施,实现了鞍钢集团矿业公司各厂矿生产实时数据、历史数据、控制画面的统一整合并建立实时数据仓库,接入管理网进行数据共享、分析,形成管控一体化系统,建成企业综合生产过程管理信息系统平台。实现大规模异构控制系统的集成以及设备运行状态的实时管理,使对工厂级和公司级的生产实施管理变得容易。Realtime database becomes an effective tool of control and management in production process home and abroad recently.Through application and implement of OSI PI large scale realtime database software system,production realtime data,historical data and control picture of each plant and mine in Angang Group Mineral Industry Company were united and integrated,and realtime data bank was established.And,it was connected with management network for sharing and analysis of data,so management and control integrated...
