摘　　要：介绍了冲压CAE分析技术,并以外板说明冲压CAE分析技术在零件设计中的应用。对冲压成形过程进行模拟分析,尽早发现成形缺陷,从而缩短了模具制造周期,提高了模具质量。The stamping CAE analysis technology was introduced,and its application in parts designing was illustrated by taking the outside plate as an example.Through simulating the stamping process,the forming defects could be early detected so as to shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the quality of the die.
