摘　　要：针对动磁式斯特林制冷机用直线电机的结构特点,给出了电机主要尺寸的估算方法。基于Max-well磁场分析软件建立了一个算例样机的有限元模型,对该样机进行性能参数的仿真计算,同时提出了一种结构简单、易于操作的比推力测试方法。将计算结果与测试结果进行对比,两者十分吻合,验证了有关磁路、有限元计算方法及测试方法的有效性和准确性。Based on the structure of the moving-magnet linear motor for stirling cryocooler,the method of how to estimate the motor size was proposed.The finite element model of a prototype was created based on the proposed sizing method based on Maxwell.Meanwhile,a test scheme was built in which the force ratio can be measured.The experimental results validated the feasibility and precision of the sizing method,the simulation model and the test scheme.
